Frequently Asked Questions

Question:
If my co-CA is not sharing the floor work, what do I do? What if we don't get along?

Answer:
There are a lot of different types of people and they do the CA job quite differently. The first thing you have to do is respect that. If you feel that your co- CA is doing too much or too little, tell him/her how you feel. You may find that the person is doing more or less than you thought. The best way to do this is sit down and talk during Pre-Week about how the two of you will manage your wing, which person will do what etc. Make sure that you continue to talk about things throughout the semester or year. If you continue to have problems, ask for guidance from a GHD, CORE or AC.
