How do we submit a work order?

Answer:
Work orders are very important. If a resident tells you that something is broken and it doesn't get fixed in a timely manner, they feel like you don't care. Write down all work orders in the Maintenance Work Order book at your front desk or in the GHD office. A custodian will input them into the maintenance system and within 7 days it should be repaired. Make sure you follow up with students to make sure their problem is resolved, if it is not let your GHD/AC/SCA know to do follow up.
